Our fundamental mission is the dissemination of original and unpublished works, case studies, and exhaustive theoretical reviews in the fields of Management and Organizational Leadership, Education and Pedagogy, and Related Technologies. We publish contributions in Spanish, Portuguese, and English, aimed at a global academic community with a special emphasis on Latin America.
Journal History
Created in 1980, Revista Espacios maintained an uninterrupted print edition until 2008. It was a pioneer in the digital transition by offering its full collection online since 2000, ensuring free and open access. As of November 2025 (Vol. 46, No. 06), the journal has modernized its workflow through the full implementation of the Open Journal Systems (OJS/PKP) platform, ensuring the efficiency, transparency, and quality required by international academic publishing.

All contributions undergo a rigorous arbitration process conducted by senior specialists with international experience under a Peer Review system. This process ensures that only works meeting the highest standards of scientific rigor, technical relevance, and originality are published.
