Acute diarrheal disease (ADD) remains a public health priority in Peru and Latin America. Through a PRISMA systematic review of 30 studies (Scopus and SciELO, 2000-2026), this study analyzed how Geographic Information Technologies (GIT) —spatial autocorrelation and LISA indicators— identify ADD risk clusters. These tools are concluded to constitute strategic public health management assets, with potential to optimize territorial planning, budget allocation, and institutional response capacity to outbreaks.
