Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the impact of the improvement and modernization of administrative processes on organizational performance through a systematic review. A total of 25 articles selected from databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, and SciELO were examined. The findings show that the implementation of emerging technologies, digital transformation, and continuous improvement practices have a positive impact on operational efficiency. However, challenges related to resistance to change were also identified.
