Propuesta de capacitación dirigida al personal de enfermería sobre infecciones de vías urinarias asociadas a sonda

Resumen
Introducción: La infección de vías urinarias asociada a sonda es una de las principales infecciones en la atención en salud. Objetivo: Realizar una revisión bibliográfica sobre estrategias de prevención de infecciones de vías urinarias y a partir de esta revisión elaborar una propuesta de capacitación para el área de enfermería. Conclusiones: La información analizada forma parte de una propuesta de capacitación dirigida al personal de enfermería para garantizar la calidad y seguridad en la atención de los pacientes.

Abstract
Introduction: Catheter-associated urinary tract infection is one of the main infections in health care. Objective: to carry out a bibliographic review on strategies for preventing urinary tract infections and from this review to prepare a training proposal for the nursing area. Conclusions: The information analyzed is part of a training proposal aimed at nursing staff to guarantee quality and safety in patient care.
